How to make homemade bath paints

Do your kiddos love bath time?! Well I know I did when I was little and I always loved buying those bathtub coloring books and crayons, so I thought I should think of a way to make them myself. Some people just buy them but it's much cheaper to make yourself and you get to decide what colors and how much your child gets to play with. I am going to give you two different types of homemade bath paints. One involves corn starch and the other involves shaving cream how fun! These are both super easy require very little ingredients and your kids will always want to have that fun bath time! Keep reading for the great and simple recipes on how to make your own bath paints.

Things you will need:

1/3 cup kid-safe liquid soap

1 tablespoon of cornstarch

Washable tempera paint

Muffin pan

Paint brushes

Directions:

Mix together the cornstarch and kid-safe liquid soap in a medium bowl. Put the mixture equally into each muffin pan until 2/3 of the way full. Mix in your colors into the pan, mix colors to create more colors. You can use toothpicks to stir together. Then get your paint brushes and give it a go! Your kids will have so much fun playing with paints! The paint does wash off so don't worry!

Things you will need:

Paint brushes

Muffin pan

Large bottle of shaving cream

Washable tempera paint

Directions:

Fill the muffin about halfway full with shaving cream, then add a few drops of your tempera paint to the cream and stir. Then you are finished! This is also another recipe that is washable and safe!
