How do you connect granny squares together?
I am crotcheting a baby blanket. I have crotcheted 18 4" squares. I hope to attach 9 on each end of the ( dc) blanket. How do you suggest attach them, keeping about 1" space between squares?
You can either sew them together with a needle and yarn or you can do what they call a slip stitch, basically you put the crochet hook threw both loops on both squares draw up a loop threw all the yarns on the hook. If you do the slip stitch method though it's going to show so only do it on one side so it can be the back of the piece.
