Do you think that art and music are a good tool to use for recovery from trauma?
Yes, I think they are some of the best ways. I know--even though I don't really have a trauma--it always helps me sort through things and even calm down. Art and music are very influential on emotions and the mind.
Yes I believe that to be true depending on the music and the Art of what certain types of method you use for yourself. Many people use different recovery methods. But for me some music calm me when Im over worked and stressed.
Absolutely. Music can be very calming and insight deep thinking. Art can be a valuable tool in bringing the trauma out and into the open.
For me, art and music could not help me for recovery from trauma. Contrastly, when I heard music or reading some famous books, I would imagine that I was the tragic character. I think traveling is the good tool to use for recovery from trauma.
Definitely, and this is scientifically. Personally, have yet to find a more relaxing activity than painting.

I know no other more influential or more persausive tool in the history of mankind than Art. Visual arts artifact have been use to record dates and event throughtout mankind history. Art can tell a story of cultures, countries and Religions where lanuages can not express as well or as deep.
