I have (if I can find them) some color slides I would like to use on a hub but I do not know how to convert them to a usable form.I do not have enough of them to want to buy any special equipment.
Get them scanned at a photo lab. If you have a lot - scanners are now extremely cheap.
correct! it is easy to scan too
You can buy a special scanner to do it. Do a search at Amazon for digital film scanner. This one is like the one I have, it does slides and negatives.

Is there an easy way to clean 35mm slides?I found an old box of my 35mm photo slides. Many are covered with a film of dust. I would like to convert them to disc Can they be easily cleaned? Or will the lab do it?
