I assume you meant what brush was used for the making of this painting.One cannot tell-sometimes painters used multiple sized brushes and just by looking at this picture I cannot determine what brush was used.
yes, its multi size brushes used, from 0 to 8 or so..
I can see very impressive outlines and shadings inside which is not possible by single size of brush.
