A Car By Any Other Name is Still an Auto

Since the time Henry Ford built the first automobile, car manufacturers have been keeping us mobile and hungry for the next newer and better mode of transportation. They have designed and redesigned the engines, chasis and expensive extras that keep us drooling and wanting to get the latest and the best. It would be nice if we could all afford the top cars but most of us stick with a either a cheap car or moderately priced one.

We can't really complain, though. Most people in North America have at least one car and many families have more than one vehicle. Of course, with that comes everything that goes with it, like car insurance, tires, gas and repairs. Still, it can be an inconvenience not to have an automobile at our disposal, so we pay the price and enjoy the privilege of driving.

This week's HubMob about cars should prove helpful. Think of it as a car supermarket. You can choose something to help you learn about a particular car model, pick up tips about maintenance and safety, or grab a dream car review or two. Why not browse the hubs and see which ones strike your fancy? The price is right. Our hubs are always free reading and we only ask the donation of a quick vote in the poll associated with the hub.

Enjoy, and happy motoring!

Want to Become a HubMobster?

Hop In and Ride With Us!

If you like to write, why not climb in and hub along with us? Your mom said never to take rides with strangers but we're friendly and fun and you get to make some money for your efforts.

You're wondering if it's hard to become a HubMobster, aren't you? Well, don't worry! It's as easy as signing up for free and then writing hubs.

Oh, and if you have to be home by ten, don't worry, we're here 24 hours a day so you can leave and come back whenever you want.

Can't wait to meet you!

Meet the HubMob Team

Each week, your devoted HubMob team seeks ways of making your HubMobbing experience fun and informative.

Ryan Hupfer (Hup) is a bonifide HubPages employee and super Communicator of Awesomeness. Hup is like the president of HubMob land. He gives us direction and keeps the fun and energy alive.

Princessa is the team lead who feeds us the step-by-step instruction and encouragement that we all need to be successful HubMobsters. You can see what I mean by visiting this week's forum thread.

ProCW designs the terrific graphics that we use every week in our HubMob. He's a hubber, as well as an independent writer.

Shirley Anderson (that's me!) moves all the hubs from the weekly forum thread to a central hub for ease in finding and reading all of the work produced for that particular HubMob.  I guess you can say that I write the hub hub.
