Celebrate July 4th with this Independence Day HubMob
A Holiday by Any Other Name....
As a Canadian, I have some awareness of the similarity between our holiday dates and those of our American neighbours. For example, we Canadians celebrate Canada Day (Dominion Day for those of us who remember) on July 1st and most of us know that the U.S. celebrates July 4th with flags and fireworks. We do the same on July 1st. Although I have had an inkling that the American July 4th was the same thing as Independence Day, I have only sought confirmation of that this week. Thank-you rmr and Patty Inglish for clarifying.
For some reason or other, Independence Day sounds BIG to me. It sounds vitally important, in fact, like an enormous victory and liberation. I cannot claim to know a lot about the holiday or its celebrations but I have a feeling that it is as it sounds, a really big deal.
I hope you will all join me in discovering more about the American July 4th Independence Day by reading the hubs below. Even if you are from a different country, please celebrate the HubMobsters (authors) who are offering the information by leaving them some feedback. I know they'll appreciate it.
The HubMob Team
Meet the HubMob Team
Each week, your devoted HubMob team seeks ways of making your HubMobbing experience fun and informative.
Ryan Hupfer (Hup) is a bonifide HubPages employee and super Communicator of Awesomeness. Hup is like the president of HubMob land. He gives us direction and keeps the fun and energy alive.
Princessa is the team lead who feeds us the step-by-step instruction and encouragement that we all need to be successful HubMobsters. You can see what I mean by visiting this week's forum thread.
ProCW designs the terrific graphics that we use every week in our HubMob. He's a hubber, as well as an independent writer.
Shirley Anderson (that's me!) moves all the hubs from the weekly forum thread to a central hub for ease in finding and reading all of the work produced for that particular HubMob. I guess you can say that I write the hub hub.
