Does a car have to be insured for it to be carried by a flatbed?
A car being picked up by a flatbed is not insured. Is there a problem with this?
I imagine if a waiver agreeing the transporter is not responsible for any damages, gets signed, it's no problem.
I all depends. If the police officer find you car on the streets without insurance they might tow it. but if you are doing yourself I don't think there is any problem, unless the tow truck have an accident and damage your car.
