why is my bike smell like gas when i first crank it up in the mornin?
the temp has change its gettin colder outside and im smellin gas like my bike is runnin to rich when i first crack it up
Probably the mixture is too rich. If it is a carburettor - lean it off a bit, if it is fuel injected, I would get a tech to look at it.
misfiring cylinder during warm up, try warming it up faster on full choke. perhaps have the carbs cleaned.
It's quite normal. because for the first few strokes the bike doesn't spark and what comes of exhaust is pure fuel mixture. And or as mark said the mix might be rich too
The engine is cold and the only way it will start is with a rich mixture, also the exhaust is cold, some of the hydro carbons that would normally burn up in the exhaust will be spit out in raw form from the tail pipe. I believe it's totally normal unless you have raw fuel dripping from your exhaust, that would not be good!

Why do I love the smell of gas?The smell of gasoline that is haha. But seriously, gasoline has such a strong smell that I love. Even though how terrible it is to our lungs, I love it.

Why do clothes smell so much better when hung to dry outside?Regardless of where I live (I've lived in two different countries), what kind of laundry products I use, or the temperature/weather conditions outside (except maybe humidity), my clothes always smell AMAZING after I've hung them to dry...
