    wait until December
    wait until the last week of the month (they have to pay rent also)
    Wait until Friday

    Come in with cash (if buying used and less than 10k - otherwise get reported)

    Keep saying All I have is this much cash.
    keep saying cash, like an injection of heroin

    If already have a car in mind, and they have it check edwards NOT blue book.

    Just say "no" if they won't bring the price down a few grand IF paying in CASH.

    Do not let on that you have more than you stated or the price will jump up during the signing.

    I wrote an article about this very topic and what questions you should ask yourself before you buy. check out my profile. know exactly what you are looking for and the actual cost if its a used vehicle. The more you know the less likly you are to feel ripped off when your done making the purchse. I was able to get more for our trade in and payless for our new SUV them my hubby could. It pays to be well informed.
