Have you heard about the one million mile Toyota Tundra truck?

   To my amazement while reading Facebook I discovered an article about a Toyota Tundra truck that tipped past 1,000,000 miles. That is 1,609,344 kilometers. Wow!! Toyota did a complete examination/assessment of it followed by a physical tear down of it.
   
   "The reality is this truck—designed in Michigan, built in Texas, unique to Toyota's global portfolio, and with a million miles on it—could still be on the road today with such a short list of needed repairs that a mechanic wouldn't believe you. When the interior was stripped down to bare metal, as another example, it proved rust-free and looked very much like it did when the cabin trimmings were installed for the first time."

      One million mile? Has it a rail track? Or special road designed for it?

         Did you read the article? I don't know what a rail track is. I would suppose it traveled on conventional roads and maybe some dirt roads while now and then no roads at all.

            Yes, I do read the article. I was also thinking it's motion equals that of a lift.
