Steve Miller a dynamic online writer and video editor who has many years of online experience. Building suspense and informing the public...

What Is Competitive Ad Filter?

For those of you who are wondering, "what is competitive AdFilter?" I will explain. Google AdSense works with AdWords. Basically if I am a big corporation for example, I will use Google AdWords to promote my website in order to sell more products. How do I sell more products? I advertise, I get my website out there all over the internet. What is the best way to do it? Google, we all know that Google is huge, and everywhere on the internet. When you sign up with AdWords you will have a choice of how much you want to pay per day. You choose how much depending on how many people you want to click on your website. If I am a big corporation selling a good expensive product, I want thousands of people to click on my site per day, knowing that if even 10 people out of that 1000 people buy my product I am in the positive. For I have for example paid 50 dollars per day, in order to receive 1000 clicks to my website. So if Joe owns a webpage and he uses Google AdSense this corporation’s ad may appear on Joe's website. So if someone clicks on the ad on Joe's website and the corporation for example pays 50 dollars per day for advertising. Joe may receive a couple of dollars on the click. All from the consumer who wants to go to the corporation’s website and look at the product. This is not really an easy thing to explain, I hope I am making this easy to understand for you.

So what is Competitive AdFilter? People always ask me. This is what you use in order to maximize revenue from AdSense. As I was stating above about the corporation, it pays good money per click, so you want their ad on your site, as you get good money when their ads are clicked. Keep in mind you cannot pick and choose what advertiser appears on your site. However you can pick and choose who does not appear on your site. Now moving on to the other spectrum of things, this is the low payer. The low paying advertiser just wants you to view their product or idea. In some cases the low paying ads are political, or some other free service, or in some cases someone who does not have the money to really advertise. No matter what the case, these ads are low paying, and you can get a ton of clicks and very little money. With these cases we are talking mere pennies per click. So what would you rather have, the penny, or the dollar clicks? That is not really a question, as obviously you would want the clicks that pay, which is why you joined AdSense in the first place. So the list I have given is a big help, and you should see a decent rise in your income after adding it to your competitive ad filter in you Google AdSense account. Remember the maximum number of URL's you can block is 200, so the list obviously contains 200 URL's. Updated information on Google AdSense Competitive AdFilter, AdFilters block list now contains 500 low paying ads for you to block.

Why is Competitive Ad Filter So Important?

The big thing about these block lists is the fact that once you add the block list, visitors to your website will see more relevant ads relating to your topic. Not only does the AdSense AdFilter blacklist block the low paying ads, but more importantly it brings those higher paying ads to your website or webpage. That is the most important thing for you the AdSense affiliate. So go Google, and use Google ad block today. Be sure to get the best List of low paying ads the internet has to offer.

Most think that it is all about blocking the low paying ads. Well yes that is true. A good ad block list really benefits you when the low or no paying ads are being replaced by the more relevant higher paying ads. Once I added this competitive AdFilter block list I found that I got more clicks per my impressions, as more relevant ads started appearing on my AdSense websites that I use. Well I hope I could help you, and I hope this up to date ad block list brings you as much fortune as it has for me. So good luck, and keep up the hard work with your Google AdFilter, and you will see that it does pay off in the end.

Google AdSense Competitive AdFilter Block List Updated On April 09, 2014!

I will now run my update board up here at the top of the page so you know when I have updated the list last. As we know if you wait a week you will see 20 dead URL's and it helps no one to have a bunch of dead URL's in your list. I have just added today some low paying Legal & Tax Ads. These two categories are the money makers for me, as I track my channels. So to remove the no pay / low pay ads in this category will help everyone.

I will normally update my Google AdSense competitive AdFilter list biweekly. At the very latest I typically update this block list at least once a month, and since Adsblacklist is down if you have found this Google AdSense blacklist then you are in luck. So I hope this block list helps you make more money with AdSense. I know this list has seriously helped my AdSense income, and if you give this block list time it will surely pay off for you as well.

Up To Date Competitive Ad Filter List! Last Updated April 2014!

Recently I have had problems with my competitive Ad Filter list. The entire list is about 2 or 3 years old, and basically irrelevant. As I went through I found that most of the lists URL's are no longer even in use, just dead URL's. It took me a long time, however I went though all 500 URL's on my list and found that 50% of them were invalid. This was because the URL’s were no longer in use by the advertising company or individual.

For those of us who attempt to sign up with Adsblacklist we find that they are no longer taking new users. This is a problem for those of us who have just recently heard about competitive ad filter in the first place. So as I went though my entire ad list URL's I found a good forum that gave me even more URL's for low paying ads. So I went though and weeded out the ones that were no longer in use, and created a great list that is up to date as of July 7 2010. It took a lot of work, however it was worth it. Since I added them I have noticed a dramatic increase in my AdSense revenue. The problem with older URL's is that domains expire, and the people who were paying low figured out they were on a blacklist and simply moved on elsewhere.

I know that it is very hard to find a good Competitive Ad Filter list now days, as every one just links you or sends you over to Adsblacklist, which sounds like a good site; however they are not accepting new users. So this is frustrating for those of us who are unable to sign up with them. So if you have been looking for a good up to date block list of low paying ads, you have come to the right place. UPDATE 2014 COMPETITIVE ADFILTER BLOCKLIST IS BACK BELOW!

It's Tax Time!
