What is DevHubs?

DevHubs is very similar to sites such as Blogger and Hubpages, but with a much greater range of flexibility to create the perfect home for your content. Whether you are building a single page to sell an affilliate product, or creating a product based blog to create a wide range of do follow backlinks, DevHub could be for you!

DevHub has a wide range of features which not only make website creation a doddle, but DevHub also lets you attach your own domain, and will soon give you a 'city' which is made up of your different websites.  Building, promoting and maintaining these websites will make each website (Dispalyed by a building) prosper.  While this doesn't do much for earnings, it is a fun and graphical way to see which sites need your most attention!

Why should I use DevHub?

DevHub fulfills all the qualities I look for in an environment to submit articles, namely

  • High Quality Control
  • Good Advertising Options
  • Quick Page Setup with Plenty of Options
  • Free To Use

These all sound good, but I have probably not gone in depth enough as to exactly how good some of these points are!

High Quality Control

First off the DevHub quality control follows a great ongoing system which helps to prevent large numbers of spam sites appearing on their network.

DevHub manages to maintain a high quality of articles by giving author levels, each level grants you the ability to write another 10 sites on DevHub.  Gaining new levels is easily done simply by creating some well made sites with good quality content.

Good Advertising Options

DevHub pays you directly, rather than leaving that in the hands of advertisers.  They also have not disclosed their revenue sharing percentage, which I find fairly annoying.

However DevHub does still pay out fairly well, and the good news is that DevHub has by far the most advertising options I have seen on any article directory site, and best of all you can pick and choose where these adverts appear, and which advertisers you want to use.

Just to put this in perspective, the have text advertising, Amazon Advertising, Foreclosure.com advertising, Priceline advertising, Shopping.cm advertising, SimplyHired Advertising, Popshops and Superpages.

This means that pretty much whatever you want to write about, you will have some fantastic Advertising options to make the most money from your traffic.

Free to Use

I am maybe a little presumptious here, but I class revenue sharing sites as free, even though they take money from your profits.  So while DevHub is not 100% free, there are no fees for signing up, or working with these guys, so you can never lose out!

DevHub Quick Setup and Wide Variety of Options

DevHub quite simply has some of the best page layout options that I have ever seen from one of these websites.  You can drag and drop any kind of module you can want, and changing page layout is simply a case of dragging column widths and new elements on to your page.

Getting used to the DevHub interface may take a bit longer for non-tech savvy users, but I have to say they did a masterly job of removing the need for any actual technical website development knowledge whatsoever!

Why Should I Use DevHub?

DevHub is quite simply a great way to develop another revenue stream through article writing. On top of that DevHub also provides DoFollow backlinks, allowing you to greatly improve the search engine visibility of your other websites as well.
