Are you organized?
Preview 5... Before we get to far into the series. I would suggest that you get your hands on a few notebooks. I use the kind that have 8½ x 11 pages with the wire spring-like binder that hold the notebook together...their easy to work with and the price is right. By using the notebooks, you'll know where your "stuff" is. In one place all nice and orderly, not on 20 different sheets of paper here, there and everywhere. Organized!!!
With each session, enter the day and date at the top of the page. That way you'll know exactly where you are, at all time in the series, allowing you to review. Because, learning something new is nothing more than, review, review, review.... repetition, repetition, and repetition.
Anyone can learn this stuff in about 90 days!
As I said before, the exciting thing about this system is that anyone can learn this stuff somewhere in about 90 days. However, taking notes, reviewing, obtaining and learning this system is only the beginning. To experience significant results, you must get this system inside of you. You have to take what you learn and consistently apply the concepts in your daily activities until they become part of you and form the basis of your DMO (daily method of operation).
Here's the drill…
- First, you’re going to get the information.
- Second, you’re going to consume the information.
- Third, you’re going to metabolize the information.
- Fourth, you’re going to review, study and use the information in your DMO until it becomes routine ...until it becomes a part of your being.
Believe it or not, the results you're going to achieve in the process will affect two important factors.
Lets change your attitude!
First, it's going to change your attitude, because you can't make progress in your life or in your business if you're weighed down with old thinking habits. You have to get rid of those old preconceived notions, habits, and be willing to step out of the box and look at yourself and/or your business from a whole new perspective. You have to change the way you think. Now, for things to change, you have to change. And changing you, “the you part,” the inner you, begins with changing your mind-set. Changing the way you think.
The next step will take some time and effort!
Second, you have to change your discipline. These changes are going to take some work, time and effort because it just stands to reason that if you've been off course for 10, 20, 30, years or more. It's not to happen over night. It's going to take some time to form some new habits. It's going to take some time to get rid of those old bad habits and replace them with some new good habits. It's going to take some time. But that's okay, just hang in there and give the system time to work it's magic.
Start out easy. The key to this whole deal is, if you're willing to give it a go, give it a consistent effort, a consistent daily effort. A consistent daily effort to develop these new disciplines...it's going to take about 30 days to go through and complete each one of these series. By working your way through each one of these three series, one day at a time, it will help you to build your discipline muscles. Because you're going to need discipline muscles to change you mind-set, change your attitude, change your habits and change your old way of thinking to build your business and a lifetime of happiness.
The determining factor is about you!
As with anything that you do, as with anything in your life ...the determining factor and the level of results you experience will be because of you. Write that word down somewhere because it's a very important word. Have you noticed how many times “the you” word has been used?
You see, that's because...what you bring to the table, what you bring to the you360 series and what you bring to this training will determine what this you360 series brings to you.
Remember, everything that you do...or you don't do...is equal.
As you're changing the way you think.... always drink plenty of clean, fresh, filtered water with two-four ounces of the "best tasting aloe vera" everyday.
