As an interviewer, I hate having to ask about the applicant's limitations because it skirts the line of asking if the person has a disability which can get you in trouble. It's also a problem because some applicants are not honest because they think it will hurt their chances at getting the job or just sincerely don't think they have limitations.
As an interviewee, I despise being asked to talk about negative things from previous employment. I have a personal rule to not discuss negative things from the past for at least 3 months when entering a new relationship (personal or business) and an interview is your first impression with someone who may be in your life for years. In this situation, I discuss generalities only and stress the lesson or positive that came from it.
