If this is true, why is this happening in the administration of Trump?
Didn't Ginni Romethy claim she is bringing jobs back to the US? And serves on the economic business council?
A giant falls and no one heard...sad

Do you think it changed significantly since the first of the year?  Or did it "happen" 10 years ago?

It started 10 years ago when IBM bought PWC consulting. It just got worse year after year.

Then you have your answer as to why it's happening in Trump's administration; it was already there and been going on for a decade.

But when Trump was elected, remember those business leaders meet him and announced they were bringing jobs back...? Apparently, it was just for show.

I'm sure most of was just that - show.  But I also recognize that hiring thousands of new employes means training, means a place to work, etc. and that takes corporate infrastructure.  Lots of it.
