When i was younger I did my stint in the Insurance industry and it was tough for certain types of insurance like Life and Health. Property and Casualty was easier. My father-in-law who has a huge sales volume in the insurance industry used to say you need two things for success in insurrance ; 1) Grey Hair 2) Hemmoroids
Grey Hair for the look of Dignity and
Hemmoroids for the look of concern.
understand the client and understand the requirements.
find out what you have got. if its better for the client. just help him/her understand the same way.
find out the real necessity. and match with the best product. if you do not have the best product . simply deny.
you may loose the call but you will earn a client.

I guess my question to you would be what kind of insurance and where? I ran a success full health insurance agency in California and call tell you all you need to know about that. Any insurance you sell in the united states you have to go to a call usually it is a 52 hour class. you can complete that call in a week. Then you take a test and if you pass you get your license. The test itself is not that hard once you take the call, mostly common sense insurance related. There are plenty of government websites that you can search for that will point you in the right direction. For example if you were looking at getting insurance license in California you would go to www.insurance.ca.gov. Good luck to you!

Selling Insurance can be a very stressful job. I did it for about 3 years. I loved the personal relationships that I developed with my customers. I think the best advice I can give is to be honest. Don't lie to people just to sell a policy. If your honest and actually try to help the customer they are going to appreciate it and tell their friends and family. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement and it's free! If you want some more information on insurance visit my blog. You can find it by going to Google and searching for homelifeandcarinsurance. Thanks and Good Luck!

By hypnotizing people to think of their future and forcing him to take care for their family and children for their future.
Insurance is all about making people feel comfortable and safe. If you can explain them all the types and plans and how it will be helpful to them, they will buy it. Make sure they do not feel they are giving away money for nothing.
Hope this is helpful.
