How do you know if your job is the best job for you...and if it isn't....how do you know which is
Well, the best method is to compare your job with your friend circle, how many hours are you giving, how much salary you got from this company, what is your status there, what are the benefits, what are the values?
now compare this things in your friend circle, then at other places or company where they work exactly the same but may be he was doing work with no benefits, may be his salary is high or low there, may be there is a fast chance to grow.
so compare all your points and status with different peoples in different companies
you know it is the best job when you are feeling great most of the time, when it gives you satisfaction most of the time, and you don't mind waking up going to work ...
Everyone is different....and have different set of skill set altogether....We should never compare ourselves with others....
A job actually provides 3 things:1) Money 2) Recognition 3) Peace of mind. Now you have to decide which one out of above three interests you more....if its money ..then search for jobs as per your qualifications which pays you the most .....and if you are more interested in peace of mind..then simply follow your heart...
Now finally , if you are interested in recognition, then the job you select might not give you money or peace of mind however you hunger for recognition will be satisfied...
Hence , buddy do a self introspection and come out with your answer....
