Has anyone experienced a glass ceiling?

I want to find out ways to resolve it.I think because of the economy people just accept the position they are in.

Nope. In fact, I'm not sure what you mean by glass ceiling. At first I thought that you literally meant A GLASS CEILING! But then I clicked and found you talking about the economy..So I'm lost!

I am not sure what you mean!

I did experience a glass ceiling a few years ago. The atrium of a hotel I worked in had one that you could walk on, but I declined!!!

Again not sure what you mean, but like Fundamentallife I too have been to hotel with a glass floor that you can see the traffic on the street below.  Hilton Hotel in Manchester, it's really nice.

"Glass ceiling" is the term used to describe barriers that prevent women and minorities from advancing to management positions in corporations and organizations.
