Keep in mind that whatever answer is given today could change tomorrow. European banks -- especially within the European Union -- are being devastated by global economic changes. Swiss banks are being pressured to invest in EU banks to prevent insolvency. The Swiss are obviously reluctant to do so.
The Bank of Mum and Dad is the biggest. They have them everywhere.
