How you keep your self awake when you are feeling sleepy during work hours.
I am asking because if feeling sleepy at the moment.
When you feel sleepy, most of people will tell you go for coffee or tea.
I advise to wash your face using cold water & do some light stretching.
Try to do routine work which doesn't need so much focusing.
More focusing. More sleepy, More mistakes.
Note: Actualy, we face this when we don't sleep well, so try to sleep well.

Get some water and move around! Coffee is likely just going to make you jittery and crash later on.

When I was younger it didn't seem to matter when I drank coffee. I could happily enjoy a cup after the evening meal. Now it seems any caffiene after three o'clock in the afternoon and I'm wide eyed and bushy tailed well...
