Hard Work or Smart Work? which will you choose?

I always try to take the path of working smarter, rather than harder. But in the end, there is not always a choice. Sometimes hard work is required to get the job done right. The first key is being willing to get the job done. The second key is to think about what has to be done and determine if there is a smart way to get it done. Then it's just a matter of implementation.

I agree with Smaridge01, I always try to work smart, but sometimes, when we're learning something new, we don't know enough to truly work smart.  As a result, we work hard at fumbling and bumbling around until we can start putting it together.  In the end we should always be working hard to work smarter!
