Have you set strategic goals for 2011 and if so what process do you use to create your goals?
I have started up with 3 month strategic goals. I split the work in small pieces and I am trying to follow it every day. Take a piece of the elephant every day and don´t think to much. Just work on, one small piece of the goal every day
I wouldn't say that is so much strategic as a goal. That is to work hard and thoughtfully everyday for 3 months to acheive my goals. Then work pretty hard everyday after that.
Jan thats great. but its not really a goal, thats an action. Setting strategic goals is something I have discovered is very powerful in getting you to take the right actions.
Yes I have, Jenni I set short and long-term goals and break them into daily activities. Great question.
