Whats the best meal times for a afternoon shift(4pm-12pm) Monday to Friday all year long?
It's a very physically demanding job as im required to be on my feet and moving for the entire shift at a pretty active pace, most new people quit the job because of physical strain.
If I eat at my break which is at 8pm, I still have four hours of really hard work ahead of me which more often than not, burns up everything I ate and I'm always left feeling extremely hungry by the time I get home at 1am.
Because of my studies and family to raise I'm usually awake at around 9pm as well and I dont usually eat my first meal until noon.
Helo Tmoeono, thanks for your question.
I think the better choice is eat at 8 pm, during your pause, a meal rich in carbohydrates, easly to digest, taht gives you energy. If you can you can take some energetic snack after dinner, to support you during work. Before bedtime take a light snack (yogurt or a fruit).

I just wondered how long a "paid" holiday people around the world get. I work in a University in the UK and I get Good Friday and Easter Monday as Bank Holidays and then Tuesday as an extra day- all paid? What do you get, if anything?

I've seen a lot of hubs on Black Friday and Cyber Monday and I've done several myself. I actually had it flagged because it was categorized wrong. I think that brings up the issue that we don't have a specific hubtopic for holiday shopping deals or Black Friday, etc...I tried putting the hub under...

I been comparing days lately and noticed that my traffic to my hubs seems to rise on friday to sunday, then it decreases on monday - about 1000-2000 views. Is that normal? It seems like it's a big drop number, but in actuality, it's only 20%.Anyone else have a drop on Mondays?
