Would you get a second job because you are scared to ask you job for more money?
It depends on a current job. Do you do something very important and how long do you work? If you have time you could get a second job, but I don't know if that's smart, because it's very tough to do a 2 jobs in the same time. You'll feel tired and unhappy.

Would you fire an employee that strips as a second job?Would you fire an employee with a monther that is a stripper and the employee is following a similar path in her free time? What about legal issues? Consider the business is a professional office and the employee has contact with many clients.
