Dell use television advertising for reaching out to its household customers (B2C) and they often use affiliates and resellers for marketing to the corporate side (B2B) using telesales, face to face cold calls, etc.
Television advertising doesn't tend to work for B2B and telesales doesn't tend to work for B2C but switch the techniques around and you've got two winners!
