Hmm.. I've got to vote that it's not Wal-Mart. I've been there for too long and don't get treated fairly in the least.
On a national level I'd have to say Target. Great family environment, never discriminates in management, and very concerned with employee's education and advancement.
I would agree with Target, I enjoyed woking their part-time a few summers ago.
Definitely Target, I had a much better expereinceworking there than Walmart. Now, that also depends on each individual store and the management there.
