There are hubbers who have success with both. However you cannot get an eBay affiliate account unless you have your own high quality website - you can't apply through Hubpages.
I'm not sure if you're asking about buying from Amazon or eBay or choosing between Amazon or eBay ads on your hub but if it's the former I prefer Amazon nowadays due to the wider selection of products and lower prices free shipping and a lower chance of getting scammed.
Ebay has become so well know that it's full of scams now and Amazon has greatly improved but I still like both you just have to be very careful on ebay, anymore I don't give feedback until I know that what I got works correctly and I'll only buy thru Paypal it has gotten my money back a number of times when I almost got screwed.

Hello Dear Hubbers,I'm somewhat in confusion while placing Amazon or Ebay capsule in my hubs because I don't know well from which program I can be benefited much. Do people like to buy something from Amazon? or Ebay in most cases? Any trick?

Some of my hubs, I do include Ebay capsules that are related to my hubs but I had not earn a single cent nor a single click nor any impression from Ebay. Do I need to key in anything in the Ebay capsules like the ID? May I know what went wrong?

http://hubpages.com/my/hubs/stats?categ … ule=AmazonFolks, we really need to make a concerted effort to delete (or at least not display) those Amazon capsules we know to be in violation of QAP.The above link will hopefully help.

I think that HP should discontinue Ebay capsules. The earnings are pitiful at best. Instead of Ebay I am sure that HP could use another advertiser/provider in its place.
