What service should I use to host/build my website?
I'm looking for a web hosting service with built-in monetization tools, an easy design interface for my coding-challenged employees but the option for me to add my own html/java as well.
go with wordpress.com, get your domain and setup your site using their platform, they host it all you do is forward your domain to their site.
check out Infinitely Virtual. They have great service and reasonable prices.
I like wordpress, but there is quiet a learning curve with it if your employee hasn't used it before. I would suggest using Webs.com
