Has anyone ran into a glass ceiling where you are working, or used to work? How did you react?
i am talking about the invisible barrier for promotions that some groups encounter. Writing a hub about the experience would be nice.
There are no glass ceilings or invisible barriers ... but there certainly are "policy" barriers that not only infest writings ... but also an individual's actions, in real life.
So if your "objective" is as simple as making money ... these Policy "barriers" are invisible "helpings" that nudge you on to the "path" you are supposed to follow ... if you want to make money !
Pay close attention to what your Establishment "demands" ... learn the skills involved in writing ... and blindly let Policy guide you to your objective.
Reckon Ian Fleming and his James Bond series ... and the new Iliad ... Harry Potter series could serve as an apt example ... following their pattern, will help you narrate your "experiences" in whats literally ... the currently salable/acceptable Mode and manner.
