Being good orator, efficient and intelligent. I think that these three qualities include every other you could think of.
Leading by example. Don't just bark out orders. You need to do as you preach so people will follow you. Have unbending integrity.
Allways be honest. Be a good example because people will do what the leader do. Never talk tripe about people.Fill people with enthusiasm.
The ability to be fair, but firm. No one likes a leader that isn't decisive in decision-making either.
Leadership is influence. Nothing more, nothing less.
and the qualities that make up a good leader are:
1. Servanthood
2. Focus
3. Ability to connect and relate well with others
4. Teamwork
This are all according to John Maxwell
Leading by example was an important one for us blue-collar guys. An owner or leader gets much respect for not being afraid to get his hands dirty once in awhile.
Empowering others, and not allowing fear to dictate decisions
though many people will disagree , to be a good leader you have to be able to lie well. if a leader was always honest or a poor liar, contrary to what we like to think, that person wouldn't last a year as a leader.i don't mean the person has to lie all the time but in order to lead, the truth doesn't always work. a good leader also needs to have balls. if you lead , you have to be willing to stand up for what your trying to do and that is one skill that is sadly lacking in most leaders.
Someone with a vision, a big heart, brave enough to take on the challenges of mankind, while being a good servant.
honesty of character.
good power of speech
strong character
avoid the flaws of jealousy, delay, flattery and over ambition.
excellent time management.

Act like...

In So Many Ways. BLM was a hate group: hatred of police, but I still see BLM signs up!!!I still see signs about no human being illegal, (let them all across the border!)I'm surprised I'm not still seeing "Joe (Kind) Biden for President" signs! Are we not even ashamed at how we have been...
