Investing into a business? To do or not to do?
What is your 'checklist' when you are investing into a business? I am deciding to invest into a education business for my mom next year and it will be a kindergarden. I know education is important and I have my basic need-to-know information in hand. Just wondering, anything else or any tips I should know about?
There are many a good hub on starting businesses, I would read a lot of them. Even if this is just putting money into a going concern, I would read them anyway because most of what they have to say still applies.
I have started several businesses, but haven't written any hubs on it myself, but I haven't invested in any going concerns. However, the watchword is always ... due dilagence.
