What was the most inane explanation a customer service person gave you when you informed them
of poor, inept, and unprofessional service?
The best one for me was "Don't complain to me...you chose to shop here". This highly trained and professional service person was, according to their name tag, a department manager.
I like the Chinese airport announcements:
