Most times I take ibuprofen. If it gets worse I take Relpax. Other than drugs, massage has helped, heat or cold, a dark, cool room. Tiger balm helps along with relaxation and some breathing exercises. I mainly get migraines so all others are easy to get rid of.
Sometimes when I get dehydrated, I will get a headache. If I haven't had enough to drink, I will just drink some water to see if that will help. If it doesn't, I will take some ibuprofen.
Drink a hell of a lot of water. Wait a while. If that doesn't work, resort to ibuprofen. If that doesn't work, go to bed and it's usually gone by morning.
drink water and take mefenamic acid. not the generic one take the original.
