Things to Consider Before Leaving Your Current Job
Provide a list of considerations that could prevent someone from acting on impulse and really consider what leaving their current job could mean to all areas of their life.
Does your abilities match the responsibilities of the job you are looking at
Will there be a change in lifestyle if there are new working hours?
What is the culture of the organisation you want to work for?
What is the reason why you are leaving? If there is a problem, can it be fixed?
Do you need to upgrade your skills and qualifications?
What do your friends and family think?
Consider whether you have another job truly lined up and that will really be better for you. It could be that you really need just a good vacation from your current job.
When a person wana leave his current job, he has to think twice if he has consider a much better idea about his next job. And the next job must have a better chance for him to promote himself absolutely.
