Basically out of curiosity I was drawn to the stock quotations seen in
every newspaper in out city. I'm sure you were curious too. So I was
challenged to find out what its all about--- reading a lot of books
studying what stocks are, how they are traded in a stock exchange,
how traders make (or lose) money in the market, learning to read
the charts, etc
I basically fell into the finance industry because I needed a job but I quickly became interested in risk, plus I had a fair idea of how it worked just by watching what went on around me so I chose to follow that path.
First, picture me laughing. This is always my first reaction when I get asked this question. Why? because I didn't choose my career, I chose about 4 different ones, before realizing I had no choice in the matter. I am not an architect, nor a minister, nor a sociologist, nor an advertising copywriter. I am an author. And, now that I've accepted that, a happy one.

If you could work at any profession, (other than your current one) what would it be and why? Many people dream of having certain job when they are young, but end up doing something completely different. Others follow their dreams but then realize it's not what they thought it would be and change...

If you were not in your current profession, what would you be doing?I think I would be a baker or a chef. If you got a chance to change your career, would you do it over?

Since the internet can answer almost any question, have people become more curious?
