What is the best personality type for the job of U.S. president?
Of the sixteen Myers-Briggs personality types, which would be the best fit for president, aside from a person's moral character and integrity.
On DISC, she should be a combination D/I/C or D/C/I. On Myers-Brings, she would do well to be a I(soft)NTJ(soft). Most importantly, (probably 100 time more important that the particular personality type) she must have the ability to transcend her "type" and be *aware* of it so that she can compensate for her blind-spots with other people who have the missing qualities (by building a team around her). In fact, if she has the right level of awareness, almost any personality type would do.
