Would you rather work for a small company, mid-size company or large company?
Me personally, I would prefer a medium sized organization. Large ones are too hierarchical, smaller ones could be more vulnerable to the whims of economy and personality, mid-size strike the balance between a friendliness and formality. There's no perfect place though!
Hi Rhonda! I feel like at a small company, unless you love the people you work with, eventually you get sick of each other. I've never worked at large company but I can see where you would feel like you get lost in a sea of people and feel the hierarchy even more strongly. I agree, mid size company is the best, it's large enough that you don't feel like someone is looking over your shoulder all the time, you know some people but there's always someone new to meet without getting lost in a sea of coworkers.
