What's with the copyright on the end of peoms? Aren't they already yours or can people steal them?
The biggest challenge for the internet is protecting copyrights. Hard to protect since indexing is all contextual meaning searches fail if you lock it in HTML. If you don't lock it than it is purely contextual and can be copied by anyone. At least Google will recognize it as duplicate content.

What exactly is included to have a copyright on your hub? Does this mean that everything on it is yours and anything on it not yours makes you ineligible to use it? I assume it means all photos and videos must be yours. Is there an explanation somewhere to tell us exactly?
