Has the latest Google Panda update really put an end to traditional SEO techniques?

If so, what are the new techniques or standards for optimizing web pages and increasing targeted traffic?

No, they've actually made the traditional techniques more vital. Quality original content, relevant titles and keywords, and plenty of thumbs ups in way of inbound links and referrals smile

Nope. Not the end more of a forced shift in focus.

You can no longer get away with spammy links and poor content. From what I've read from Matt Cutts of Google the change in the algo now includes solial features far more than it used to.

Quick Tip: add Google+1 button to your site and social bookmarks.
