Do you think starting a small business in this economy is a good idea?
My husband and I are thinking about starting a nut roasting business in our small ski town, but we don't know if its a good time.
I think your town is to small to support your business being it is limited to what you are trying to do. Roasting nuts I believe more of a volume business. You would need a lot of outside business. If you plan to package and ship your product or have a outside whole seller it might work.
Why not ,give it a shot and do marketing properly ,if there is a demand there you will definitely do great business
You can always give it a shot and see what happens. According to the research, it's during an economic slump when more small businesses appear. Best of luck!
