    How long is your commute to work?

    Do you feel like your commute to work takes so much time out of your day?

    I walk and it takes me about 40 mins each way, factoring in a very quick stop at the supermarket.  My husband takes the tube to work and it's about 40mins on that, plus 15 minutes either side walking to and from the tube station.  Mine doesn't bother me as it's good exercise but I don't know how my husband manages his.  Two and a half hours a day to get work and back seems excessive.

    I used to work about 20 miles away from where I lived, but it would take me about an hour and half to get there with all the traffic. Like Hayley says, around here, I hear about people who commute for two hours one way to get to their work place...wherever I work one hour commute time max!

    4 miles each way.  I used to drive a long way to work but never minded it. It gave me time to wake up in the morning and time to wind down on the drive home.  It was about 40 minutes each way.

    But now with an 8 mile round trip gas and time are really an issue.

    My commute is 15 steps to my office. I work at home.
