How much influence does your salary have on your productivity?
I'm not making a salary so I'm not doing anything. I'd say quite a bit.
None. It didn't have any effect when I was an employee and doesn't now that I am self-employed. I wouldn't take or stay long in a job that underpaid me, and I would never base my productivity on what I am paid. It's just part of who I am to give all I've got and more no matter what I am doing. If I take a job, I commit to it and do the best I can.
