Is our work reflective of who we admire the most?
Leonardo da Vinci, the artist,Tesla, the scientist and inventor, and Rudyard Kipling, the writer,..are the ones we admire the most so reflected in our own work in writing or art?
Not from my perspective. Leonardo Da Vinci is an idol of mine, yet I do little in art and having home creations. Someone must focus on the style of their favorite author, inventor, or artist and apply those styles to their own work. Very few can do that subconsciously.
Interesting question. Perhaps we write from our experience and people who have influenced us through the past and present.
