How does one find a job in writing?
I'd love to find a job that incorporates writing. Any one know of a good way to find such a job (without a degree)? HubPages is awesome, but it's a slowly growing thing. Anyone know of Part Time or Full Time Positions that incorporate writing?
Look on Craigslist first.
You might find some 'jobs' as a writer on those two sites.
Be prepared to find more 'freelance', pay per piece, work though. If you do find a 'job,' it might be only part time, 5-15 hours per week.
So you'll want to consider getting 'clients' instead of, or to supplement, any job you might get.
For finding clients, go trawl the Internet Marketing forums. Webmasters are always in need of content.
You can also find work on constant content, and even submit work with the price you want for it, and just 'sell' it.
Hope that gives you a start.
P.S. Beware Demand Studios.

Do any hubbers spend 40 hours a week (or more) writing and researching hubs? Does the effort pay off if the site is treated like a regular job?

Ok, maybe it's just me, but how articulate do you have to be to post pictures of half naked woman into a Hub, and call it creative writing?

I don't know, maybe this is just a disgruntled Rant by myself, alone.I call myself a Writer. By default, this makes me a Reader. And, as someone who has the arrogance to think I am good enough to call myself a writer and...
