Can you make money by opening a photography Blog only?
I have a PR2 blog on technology which makes around 20-30 dollars a month without much effort at the moment. I would like to open a blog where I will post my photos only. Is it legal for a publisher to monetize just by posting photos without any text content? Do you think people can earn decent money just by posting photos?
Depends how you are monetizing. What are you using? Adsense? I think you might need content on the pages as well. Well I mean text content. WHy not just write a little about the photos you have taken. Do some camera reviews on the cameras you use etc....
Yes...but it depends on the policies of the site you are posting.
Personally, yes I think you can. As for how much I can't really say.
I don't know who u are monetizing with but if it's adsense, I've been posting photos only with no text content for awhile now and I've never been told that is a policy violation and I do make money. Not alot, Primarily because I don't have as much time as I need to really add content. Plus I write here and have several blogs, two of which(actually three but haven't gotten it off the ground yet) are photography blogs.
I will tell you this, after going over some of my posts I found that the posts with some text got more traffic than those without so I'm now going back and adding some text.
I understand not having alot of time to write something for every post but it probably is more beneficial. It's a great way to get your pictures out there. I love to see what other photographers are taking pictures of and I like to know what kind of camera is being used. Alot of people don't say.
There are content sharing sites out there that will pay revenue for photographs. Do a search. In fact there are even some hubs that list sites that will allow you to earn revenue from Photography. Good luck.

I recently started a blog, something I have never done before. I have been trying to get views for it, but they are very slow coming. I don't understand FB, but am trying. I am also using Google+ and Pinterest, but cannot figure out what else I can do. Any advice?

Now that I have a camera with a half decent resolution I am considering making some of my pics available for microstock sites, I am attracted to the idea of another residual income, even if that income is modest.I would be interested in hearing whether or not anybody else has used microstock sites...
