Is there another term for an LLC Business license?
We keep trying to make accounts online for our business, but when it asks what kind of business it is, Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) is not listed. Is there another term? For example, the ones I'm most commonly seeing are: Individual, Sole Proprietorship, Corporation, Partnership
We are member owners, not board members. Any thoughts?
You are a Corporation, structured with Limited Liability to the shareholders.
so select Corporation.
