Is there a National Database for employers for Worker's Compensation?
It seems that ever since I filed an injury claim against my employer (I lost about 40% of the use of my right hand), I cannot seem to get hired for work that I am experienced at, or more than qualified for. Is there a National Database for employers to search out and inquire about potential employees worker's compensation history?
