Is there a National Database for employers for Worker's Compensation?
It seems that ever since I filed an injury claim against my employer (I lost about 40% of the use of my right hand), I cannot seem to get hired for work that I am experienced at, or more than qualified for. Is there a National Database for employers to search out and inquire about potential employees worker's compensation history?

Or know of anyone who is? I have a custom built database for project management that needs work on it and the original designer and I have parted company as it all got too difficult for him.I would prefer someone known or a referral rather than to go to the market blind... and of course, cost...
