Nowadays, you don't. If you don't have rich parents with very deep connections, you're stuck working factory and hard labor jobs.
It is a one in a million chance for people to land THAT perfect job without some type of college degree. In fact, it is even difficult for many college graduates to land that their perfect job. In order to land a perfect job nowadays, one must have at least a Master's Degree in some type of scientific, technical, engineering, and/or mathematical specialty.
In addition to that, one also must have well-connected parents in high positions. Young adults with such connections are able to have excellent jobs. I might add that even young adults without a college degree with such connected parents can land an excellent job. Another way to land a perfect, excellent, or great job without a college degree is to become a celebrity. However, one must possess either stunning looks, phenomenal talent, or a combination thereof. Average folks NEED NOT apply.
