If Google shuts down your account, temporarily or permanently, it's because they think you may not be following their rules. You should have an e-mail explaining what happened.
I got a response and it says that they can not reinstate it. I just called them and left a message I will see where it goes if not I am going to start another google account and do ad sense again I don't understand this.
